John M. Craker, CRNA (Founder and President)

John Craker currently serves as chief CRNA for the University Hospitals Case Medical Center’s (UHCMC) department of anesthesia and perioperative medicine and is the co-founder and managing partner of Clinical Simulations. John holds a master of science in nurse anesthesia from the University of Akron, a master of business administration from Cleveland State University, and a certification of perioperative management from Case Western Reserve University. John is also the primary provider of staff credentialing and clinical education courses, lean Six Sigma training, satisfaction score improvement and EMR adoption instruction.

Jeffrey M. Jackson, CRNA (Managing Partner)

Jeffrey Jackson has been a nurse anesthetist since 2003, performing anesthesia for Level 1 trauma centers, high-volume obstetric and cardiothoracic cases. He has worked with Toledo Hospital, Flower Hospital and Wildwood Surgery Center; UH Geauga Medical Center and Chardon Surgery Center; and UH Geneva Medical Center. Jeffrey holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., and a master of science in nursing from the University of Akron.
